Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries - Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Perform data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining databases - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports - Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality - Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing administrative support.
